Irena Pina, 98, passed peacefully on October 8th with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of the late John M. Pina. Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Pedro and Candida Pina.
She had been employed by Hasbro Inc of Central Falls and the for Monet Jewelry retiring in 1985.

She is survived by Paul Pina, John M. Pina, his wife Roselina, Eugene Pina, Laura Sequeira, her husband Juvelino, and Matthew Pina, 16 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Peter Pina and sister of the late Joe Rose, Maria Baptista and Ana Grace.

Memorial services will be held Sunday, October 11th from noon until 2:30 with a prayer service at 2:30. Burial will be private.
